Policies

Retail:

• Retail prices are for IOTC individual consumers that place order via website and phone orders

• Delivery fee will be added, no exceptions

 

Wholesale:

• Wholesale price is for IOTC customers that have a business and will be purchasing 3 or more cakes/cheesecakes per week per contract agreement.  

• Invoices and payments will be accepted upon contract agreement

• Orders over $75 will receive free delivery fee

 

Payments: 

• the complete payment amount is due at the time when the Order is placed

• Only Credit card, PayPal, and Zelle will be accepted for payment

 

Delivery:

• All delivery location and timeslot will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of placing an Order

• No delivery will be received or provided at a residential location. 

• All delivery locations will be at a centralized and public location.

• Due to high demand to service all our customers, all customers must be at the agreed upon time slots to pick up their delivery. 

• There will be a 15 min grace period after the agreed upon time, 

• After the 15 min grace period and the order is not picked up, the customer must contact and agree upon another time  for later that day, the next day if available or cancel their order.

• If the customer wishes to cancel their order, no/zero monies will be refunded

• Delivery fee of $8 will be included for each order

•  Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts or peanuts, .
